Whistleblowing

The Yahsat Group is fully committed to integrity across all of its operations and business dealings with its various stakeholders. Honesty, transparency and professional behavior are the key principles that steer Yahsat.

At Yahsat, we treat everyone with utmost respect and fairness and do not tolerate any form of unfair treatment, harassment, discrimination, abuse, or any form of offensive behaviour or retaliation within the workplace or when dealing with third-parties.

We also encourage all of our employees, business partners, and other stakeholders to speak up through our confidential and independent whistleblowing portal or other reporting channels, if they see or suspect incidents, violations of the law, rules, regulations, policies or the Yahsat Code of Ethics or if they have concerns about misconduct or unethical behavior within Yahsat. Please do not hesitate to express any concerns (in good faith) through the Yahsat Voice Platform knowing that you are safeguarded against any retaliation.. You also have the option to report concerns anonymously.
